From 3 oct to 10 oct we celebrate “Mental Health Week” all over the world..



Today, there are lots of competitions in each field and this top-level competition mainly effecting on young generation. We analyzed from survey, there are approximately 40% to 50 % mentally disturb Young People all over the world.

So here I am mentioning some useful tips for mental health or mental relief.
  1. When you are traveling through bus or train try to introduce with traveler. Make gossip with them on any topic & also do slowly deep breathing.
  2. When you got free time in office instead of smoking make comments, jokes with your colleagues.
    Don’t forget to take micro-break in your tight schedule.
  3. At home do exercise with your family & friends.
  4. When you are cooking always does “Spot Jogging” from this you can make your health & mood better.
