

From 3 oct to 10 oct we celebrate “Mental Health Week” all over the world..
Today, there are lots of competitions in each field and this top-level competition mainly effecting on young generation. We analyzed from survey, there are approximately 40% to 50 % mentally disturb Young People all over the world.
So here I am mentioning some useful tips for mental health or mental relief.
- When you are traveling through bus or train try to introduce with traveler. Make gossip with them on any topic & also do slowly deep breathing.
- When you got free time in office instead of smoking make comments, jokes with your colleagues.
Don’t forget to take micro-break in your tight schedule. - At home do exercise with your family & friends.
- When you are cooking always does “Spot Jogging” from this you can make your health & mood better.
